Definitely not how you would want to end a 24 hour race. You know the Lambo team had to be heartbroken. Props to Rast for holding it together. I think he knew he needed to conserve fuel and it paid off in the end.

Yeah they were constantly reaffirming over the radio to Rene to keep off the throttle as much as possible. man, what a finish. So many twists.

Indeed. One of the best finishes I have seen in quite some time. If this is what IMSA has to offer, then it is going to be a good year.

I’ll agree with you on that. If those two hadn’t crashed last night we likely would have had a completely different ending and opinion.
